By accessing or using Y2K Coded, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. Y2K Coded is operated by Y2K Dotcom LLC.
[02] SERVICE_DESCRIPTION
Y2K Poster Drops offers limited-edition poster sales with the following characteristics:
- Maximum 200 copies per poster design
- Progressive reveal system (Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule)
- Admin-controlled drop windows for purchasing
- Fixed pricing at $40 per poster during drop window
- Free shipping on US orders $100 or more
[03] ACCOUNT_AND_NEWSLETTER
Account creation via Supabase Auth is optional. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and can be canceled anytime. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act - every email includes an unsubscribe link processed within 10 business days.
[04] PURCHASES_AND_PAYMENTS
> Pricing:
- All prices displayed in USD
- Fixed pricing during entire drop window (no dynamic pricing)
- Prices shown at checkout are final
> Payment_Methods:
- Credit/debit cards via Shopify Checkout
- Cryptocurrency (SOL/USDC) via Solana Pay
> Order_Confirmation:
- Email confirmation sent immediately after purchase
- Crypto payments: 10-minute confirmation window for blockchain validation
[05] SHIPPING_AND_DELIVERY
- Free shipping on US orders $100 or more
- Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated by Shopify at checkout based on your location
- Processing time: 7-14 business days
- Tracking information provided via email once shipped
[06] REFUNDS_AND_RETURNS
> Standard_Policy: NO REFUNDS ON PRINTED GOODS
- All sales are final once poster is printed
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges
> Exceptions (Defective or Damaged Items):
- Must report within 7 days of delivery
- Photo evidence required
- Replacement or refund at our discretion
> Crypto_Payments:
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. No refunds after on-chain confirmation.
[07] LIMITED_EDITIONS_SCARCITY
- Maximum 200 copies per poster design
- Once retired, posters are NEVER reprinted
- Inventory managed by Shopify (no overselling)
- Sold out means permanently unavailable
[08] INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
> Our_Rights:
All poster designs, artwork, website content, and Y2K Coded branding are © Y2K Dotcom LLC. Protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
> Your_Rights:
- Personal, non-commercial use of purchased posters
- No reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission
> User_Content:
By submitting content (emails, messages), you grant us license to use for operational purposes.
[09] PROHIBITED_CONDUCT
You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase posters
- Resell posters commercially without authorization
- Reverse engineer or scrape the website
- Submit false information
- Violate any laws or regulations
[10] LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY
Service provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Website downtime or technical issues
- Shipping delays (carrier responsibility)
- Poster damage during shipping (file claim with carrier)
- Crypto price volatility or blockchain network issues
Maximum liability: Purchase price of affected order.
[11] INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Y2K Dotcom LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violations of these Terms of Service.

- Governing Law: Florida law (company location)
- Jurisdiction: Miami-Dade County, Florida courts
- Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration for unresolved disputes
[13] CHANGES_TO_TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30-day notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new terms.
[14] SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining terms stay in effect.
[15] ENTIRE_AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Y2K Dotcom LLC regarding use of our services.
